Children's Rugs

I am in child decorating mode right now since I'm working on Ann's playroom.  I hope to have it complete for the most part by early next week but knowing me, many other things will get in the way like my job, grocery shopping, football, company and trashy television.  Oh and my daughter... that baby/one year old we have.

I think I'm using a rug I already have but came across these beauties on Gilt this morning that are great rugs to use in an area that may not strictly be seen by children and would not offend the adult eye.  Which is the case for our play room.

  I don't think that just because you are decorating a space for a child that you shouldn't put as much effort into it as you would a space you are designing for yourself.  You should be in there enjoying it as much as your child!

Now go get busy giving your kiddos spaces some love!!  They will be excited and you'll enjoy being in there more also!

PS:  Uploading pictures from Ann's birthday party tonight and will hopefully be able to post some this week!  The party was more fun than I had even hoped for and I'm still having a hard time accepting that it is over and we have a one year old on da loose.
