My Wish..... came TRUE!!

Ya'll, wishes do come true.  Our house is finally under contract!!!!  I won't go crazy on here and try to express via punctuation and cleverly put together sentences but I will share that I have been on a high of some sort the past 20 hours.

Here's how it went down.

We have had mass amounts, I mean MASS amounts of people looking at our house since the second week of January.  My thought has been... our odds of someone wanting to buy it are greatly increasing!   (duh) All the while praying that I would remain patient and know that our house will sell when it is the right time.  Well, the past week or so we have had a lot of lookers and way more interest than ever.  So, to sum it up, yesterday we received not one but THREE offers on our house!  I think we would have gotten even more today because two more people wanted to see it and were very disappointed that it is under contract.  The offer we accepted is more than I wished for and makes me feel even better for waiting it out and not getting impatient.

I'm beginning to come down from my high since we are beginning the steps to close on our future house and this one but the excitement is there and I'm ready for the challenge.

By challenge I mean this:

I'm so ready!!!  I've got ideas... lots of them.  Now I need funds.  Does anyone else scour their house for more items to sell on Craigslist?  The thrill of selling something!!  I'm fresh out of quality products to sell... donations can be sent to our current home address.  Message me for details.
